Sales conditions
Application Area:
Sales Contracts concluded through tienda@albertdarnal.com between Escuelas Asociadas Método CEM, S.L. and the consumer shall be governed by the following General Terms and Conditions.
Parties of the Contract:
The sales contract concluded with Escuelas Asociadas Método CEM, S.L. from now on, EAMCEM S.L., with tax identification number B66335969, registered office at Calle Leiva 49, local 6-08014. You can contact us either by phone + 34 931599010, or by e-mail direction at tienda@albertdarnal.com.
Conclusion of the contract:
When you click on the button “Checkout”, you will accept a binding declaration and the conclusion of the order, with the payment commitment of the product. You will then receive the acknowledgement of receipt of your order, which confirms the conclusion of the contract.
Language:
The agreement will be formalized in English.
Contract file:
Concluded Contracts in the online web-shop are filed. You can access to your order in your customer account or by sending an e-mail to tienda@albertdarnal.com.
Legislation:
The present sales conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit for resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts of Barcelona.
Prices:
The prices as shown include the legal applicable added tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless indicated, prices do not include shipping costs. In case of a ‘professional’ purchase, the VAT is not included and is detailed at the end of the purchase.
Dispatching:
The products offered on the website are only sent to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. There will be no shipments outside the mentioned delivery area.
Unless indicated otherwise, the products will be delivered within a period of 1 to 3 days in the peninsula (according to the requested article). The maximum delivery time is 10 working days. Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be delivered within a period of 4 to 10 working days.
The delivery of products will take place, in 80% of the cases, within 48 hrs, following its realization. The product will only be sent, once the payment has been received.
Dispatching costs:
The following charges per package will be applied regardless of number of items: for purchases over € 60, — shipping costs are included for standard transportation. For lower purchases, costs of transportation will be as follows:
- 1. Peninsula standard delivery: €4.95.
- Peninsula express delivery (24-48 hr. Monday to Friday): €6, 95.
- Balearic standard delivery: 72 hr. delivery: €10.50.
Refund conditions:
Due to health and hygienic reasons, the purchased cosmetic product can neither be changed nor can it be returned.
Please make sure, before you buy any article that it is the article you want.
The only changes to be accepted are if the item received is not the one that you ordered or if the item is defective. In this case you have to send a request for a change of product or credit, within 15 days after reception of the product, to the following e-mail address: devoluciones@albertdarnal.com.
Payment Methods:
There are several ways of payment. All of them are safe:

- By Bank transfer
Transmission Risk:
The risk of loss or deterioration of the goods will be transmitted to the consumer when he or a third party, other than the carrier, has acquired the material possession. It is important that you inspect the package at the moment of delivery. If you detect that the package is in poor condition, you have to claim the problem to the transporting agent and contact us immediately: tienda@albertdarnal.com
